  • Our shipping rates are determined based on the delivery zone, and the current rates will be clearly presented on the checkout page for your convenience. Please note that, at present, we exclusively ship within India.

  • You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from the refunded amount.
  • The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
  • If you are sending an item valued over Rs. 499, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without such precautions.
